Amara Esther Ani recently completed her M.A. in Philosophy at University of Lagos, Akoka, Nigeria. Her research primarily focuses on bioethics, feminism, religion and political philosophy. She applies the conversational and interrogational methods of conversational thinking in examining these fields from an African-inspired perspective. She has presented research papers in conferences and workshops on areas such as bioethics, feminism, religion, migration, education, environmental ethics, amongst others. She is currently a research assistant to Professor Oladele  Balogun.
