Diana Ekor Ofana

Diana Ekor Ofana has just completed her master’s degree with the department of philosophy university of Fort Hare South Africa. Her current research interest is on African philosophy. Her teaching/research interests include (but are not limited to): African philosophy, African studies, ethics, political and social philosophy. Diana has some experience in public speaking and possesses good language and communication skills. She has served as a guest lecturer for the module “Social and Political Philosophy” at the University of Fort Hare, teaching second-year students and has been a co-lecturer for Logic and Ethics for law students. Diana is presently working on starting her Ph.D. her current research interest is on gender-based violence. She hopes to analyze and address the problem of gender-based from an African perspective. Diana is driven by philosophical curiosity and the need to harness that curiosity in such a manner that she can continue to grow and contribute to knowledge creation.
